Extremely rude. I called five days after submitting an inquiry form, and the first thing he said to me was…I never received a form, are you sure you have the right place. I said “yes, I called the same number of the place in which I submitted the form”. And he said in an assuming tone “I don’t think you did. If you did, then what’s the name of my company?” I would have expected to just move into why I was calling and encourage my business, instead of arguing.
