MGM is a family run business and they treated us as if we were family after an unfortunate no fault incident which left our tow vehicle undrivable 1500kms from home. They truly couldn't do enough for us, even going so far as to get Dean the tow truck driver to borrow his bosses ute and come to our caravan park and tow our caravan to safe storage in Bega. Huge thanks to Casey, Glen and Dean for your outstanding service. If I could have given 10 stars out of 5 I would have.
I want to give a big shoutout to Casey at MGM Panelbeaters! During the busy Christmas period, we experienced some issues with our cars and needed them looked at. Casey went above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way. Her calm and reassuring approach made the process so much easier, and she took the time to ask all the right questions to ensure we were well taken care of.
