I had as customer of mine broken down and very scared as she was 7 hours away from me and any family, not to mention bad phone service. With a few phone calls I come across these guys, the tow trucks were flat out and were going to be a few hours but within 20 minutes they had a friend of theirs go and pick her up and bring her into town so she could feel safe. Great team, very helpful great work
MGM is a family run business and they treated us as if we were family after an unfortunate no fault incident which left our tow vehicle undrivable 1500kms from home. They truly couldn't do enough for us, even going so far as to get Dean the tow truck driver to borrow his bosses ute and come to our caravan park and tow our caravan to safe storage in Bega. Huge thanks to Casey, Glen and Dean for your outstanding service. If I could have given 10 stars out of 5 I would have.
