I am very happy with the services provided by my property manager, Asher. He was able to find a tenant for my property very quickly and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and was always quick to respond to all my questions/concerns. He continues to manage my property reliably and professionally. His proactive communication has made the experience smooth and worry-free. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable property manager!
When I moved out,was ignored by the leasing agent,who would not answer my calls, then I received an email saying they were keeping my FULL bond!!! I passed every quarterly inspection with no trouble whatsoever,so can't see what the problem is.please save yourself some money and choose a different real estate. Update: see picture attached, not only did they steal my FULL bond after no complaints after every quarterly inspection, they decided to steal some more money as well,great way to run a business,be forewarned, stay well... read more

We have used MGM Martin Zetland to manage a property in the local area for over 8 years. In that time we have had two dedicated property managers who have provided excellent personal service. A good example of the level of service is a recent experience of installing a new air conditioner in our property. Laura managed the entire process including engaging contractors to provide quotes, negotiating with strata to gain approval and management of the installation.
