I see all the good reviews on here are from owners. But as a tenant, you have the opposite experience. Where could you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on something and get poor rude service, and treated with completely disregard. MGM Martin is where. My experience with Victor left me making sure when I moved, the agent was not MGM Martin.
I am a landlord based in UK and take great comfort my property is with MGM Martin Zetland. The entire experience has been easy and productive, with seamless services from the entire team led by Sarah Willing. I like the way Sarah has made a partnership between myself and our tenants. The tenants have been great and Sarah always makes sure we are all happy. This makes for a successful and secure long term tenancy.
Martin now known as MGM Martin has been managed my property for a long long time. Over the years, I have had quite a number of the different property managers with this company. Some of them were good and some weren't. Recently Sarah Willing has been assigned as my property manager, my dealing with her has been very positive so far. She would respond to and action all of my queries very promptly whether is via emails or phone calls. I just can't fault her. I can honestly say that I am very happy with Sarah.
