MGM saved the day for my daughter’s Quinceañera. I had booked and signed a contract with a different limo service and 4 days before the date they called me and acted as if they didn’t know I had a signed contract and made payment. They told me they would call me back and they never did. I booked a party bus for my boyfriend’s birthday. It arrived full of glitter and trash under the seats. Everyone was complaining the driver was driving too fast. We asked if he could slow down and he yelled at my guests. The driver left an hour early! He did not ask me or anyone. He just took off when we got out. To top it off there is a mandatory gratuity.
