From all the reviews it seemed like this would be a great lawyer to represent me. Unfortunately, I was never able make it past the consultation due to the complexity of my case and the time needed. At least that was what was told to me. My complaint is during the consultation phase, she intensely expressed her "concern" of corporal punishment and how she doesn't agree with it, and how it's abuse. Best lawyer in the area , I went for a child custody case. I HIGHLY recommend, she’s very understanding and caring . she TRULY cares about each case, she’ll tell you my grammar isn’t the best ! but her work … it’s top notch . During a three year custody case, Mary McDaniel represented me incredibly well. I cannot thank her enough for all the help, knowledge, and guidance through such hardship. She was very honest, and upfront with expectations and how the process would go. She also was more than fair with her expenses. I highly recommend Mary if you're going through a divorce. She kept us informed on everything and was prompt in answering questions. Her team was easy to get in contact with through phone or emails. She stood her ground and didn't back down. She's amazing to have in your corner. It took only 4 months to get the divorce finalized and honestly I think it could have been even sooner if my ex spouse didn't drag things out. In the end everything worked out. I will recommend her to anyone that is looking for a divorce attorney.
