Got a room at MGM Grand with my buddy, figuring a little pool time would be part of the relaxation. What I didn’t realize was that getting there would require provisions and a reasonable level of cardiovascular fitness. Shout out to a couple of great servers who gave great service, were super friendly and attentive. We appreciate you both. 1. Micheline at the Producers pool 2. Jay at the river pool. The pool complex at the MGM Grand is very large with several pools. At this time of year, there are usually only 1 or 2 open. Go early to get a chair as they go up quickly. We were here on the off season, so was easy to get into the pool without rushing the gate. Wasn't too crowded, found chairs in the share. Has a variety of bars and food. The lazy river takes about 10 min to float around with some traffic. I recommend bringing your own tubes, as they are expensive to buy there and not for rent. Towels are provided. No snacks allowed in the pool.
