Posted pool hours are 8am to 7 pm, at 8 am a security shows up telling it is gone be 9 am today. Long line of people getting turned away, more people coming every minute. No notice. Customer service zero. your resorts fee at work,nice

I had a great experience at the MGM Grand pool! I have only tried this pool so I can’t compare it to others on the strip but my boyfriend and I came here on a Friday and it was super chill, we reserved pool chairs which I strongly recommend if you plan on staying for a few hours and the poolside service was exceptional. You get a free water too for reserving the chairs which was a nice plus. There are multiple pools to hang out at and the lazy river wasn’t too crazy at all and a lot of fun. The MGM Grand Pool Complex was absolutely amazing, but the lazy river was by far the BEST! Seriously one of the best lazy rivers we’ve ever been in. It’s a little deeper than most others we’ve been to, which made it even better, and the scenery throughout is beautiful. Another huge plus is being able to bring your own tube, so you don’t have to worry about getting there and there not being any available. We could have stayed in the lazy river all day!
