This was my second time dealing with MGM Ford in Red Deer. I can’t say enough nice things, from the GM Kevin, Brendan in Finance, and Jayden with sales. I was given a first class experience start to finish. They understood my needs, didn’t push anything on me, and worked with me every step of the way. Can’t recommend them enough. Head in, talk to Jayden, get the ball rolling on your next vehicle! These guys are the best!
Bought my second vehicle from MGM. Can not recommend them enough. Their service department is top notch, everyone there is friendly, and they have a very comfy waiting room. I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Jaylene. She took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and I felt no pressure at all the whole time. Felt like talking to a long time friend. She made it very clear I could reach out to her if I had any issues whatsoever even something as small as having an issue with Bluetooth.... read more
Great service! On time! Very friendly!

Our salesman was Chris Thull, who is clearly very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. He did everything he could to make sure we were being treated well from start to finish, leaving me no question that we had picked the right dealership. The entire staff went out of their way to ensure that our experience was top notch, before even purchasing the car. Thank you C... read more
