I contacted MGM about my mortgage situation and spoke with Gary. Gary was so nice he even came out to our home. We had a primary mortgage with a 2nd mortgage that I felt would never get paid off. Our combined rate was much higher than the going rates as well. Gary and Johnathan worked out an awesome new mortgage for us. They lowered the rate and term and combined the 2 loans into one, that will now get paid off in 20 years. Thanks Gary, Mary and Johnathan for doing a super job for us.
