After waiting 2 months for a Pioneer head unit to replaced that never showed up I finally got a replacement in a different brand. It wasn't even in the brand that I was told I would receive. I will not use them again.
I went to MGM to have a small addition installed to my subwoofer. When I was told their quote, I decided against having them install it due to pricing but decided to buy the parts I needed. The guy working came out to check my set up and sell me what I needed. I got an overpriced system installed in my car a couple years ago by MGM. Last week, one of the amps for my subwoofer was faulty. I took my car to MGM for them to diagnose and tell me whats wrong. They told me the amp was bad and out of warranty, meaning I had to pay for a new one. They charged me $250 for a 300w mono amp and they told me I was getting a "deal" because they're normally $300. Will NEVER be back here. Got a new radio installed and the guy kept insisting I put my address down and wouldn't give me a reason why. So I figured it was no big deal, within 24 hours of having it installed. My truck was broken into and it was stolen. None of the other things in my truck were taken just the radio. After talking with numerous people around lubbock I have heard this isn't the first time it's happened. Many other people have had the same experience. DO NOT GO HERE!
My fiance had an awesome new stereo system and remote start installed by MGM and they did an amazing job. When shopping the staff was helpful and answered all our questions. They did so well that I'm going to go to them for my stereo in my new car.
