From structural issues to blatant disregard for quality, our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. During the final walk-through, numerous problems were flagged—scratched finishes, uneven flooring, and poorly installed fixtures. We signed a contract through a dual agent who represented both the builder and us. We were promised a July 31st completion date and an August 15th move-in — neither of which were met. Communication throughout the process was incredibly difficult. The builder was rarely on-site and nearly impossible to get in touch with. Purchased a move in ready condo in Chesterfield in our move from Colorado. This new construction is beautifully appointed with upgrades from fixtures to flooring. Room sizes are phenomenal and the quality of the construction is excellent. Check out this builder, you won't be disappointed.
