I moved into my brand new MGM custom built home 3 months ago and it is spectacular! After a few months of planning and negotiations, we were about to sign a contract with this company a few years ago and then they ghosted us. Never got back to me. Nothing. What a horrible thing to do. This is the exact reason we need building contractors to be licensed in the state of Maine and held accountable.
Matt was terrific as was his whole team. We had a patio that needed to be pulled up and redone, and our deck recentered in the posts after it buckled during the winter. MGM gave an accurate estimate that was very reasonable and got the work done in a timely fashion. They communicated really well. Would highly recommend!
We just completed our custom home with MGM Builders, and couldn’t be happier.
