Fred and Rita went above and beyond fixing my car after an accident. I'm an Uber/Lyft driver for a living, so I needed my car done in a very short time in order to make rent. When they discovered that there was more damage than my insurance originally quoted, they ordered additional parts out of pocket instead of waiting for the second check to come in, and still got me in and out in 3 days. Extremely disappointed with their workmanship and business practices. They are deceptive in what they promise to do and their services lack any pride. I took my car in for three items to be repaired. After they told me the car was ready, I went to pick it up and only one item was completed. The hood, which should have been painted, was just wiped down to look clean.
