Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman I spoke with was rude, condescending, and if I wasn’t this far into the process I’d send everything back. Buyers beware!
In the spring I contacted MGK Pools about a business relationship and began selling pools based on commission. Not only have they refused to pay what is owed, they were EXTREMELY rude to several of our customers when they asked questions about the status of their orders. Mike acts like his time is far too valuable to deal with anyone. I’m really sorry to have to be writing this review. Firstly, I had no trouble with communication. Vickie answered emails promptly and was polite and professional. I read the online shop policies and did not expect frequent communication, no problem. I got email response quickly both before and after ordering. The website is clear calls are hard to answer, email preferred. If you follow those guidelines no problem. But, sadly my experience goes downhill. We got the Aqua Sport 52 from Mike and absolutely love it. Everything Mike says on his website about this pool is true! We live on the West Coast and our installer has done a ton of pools, but never seen this one before. He was super impressed with everything! He said there’s nothing about this pool he doesn’t like. He said we’ve got the nicest above ground/semi inground pool in the county!! Thanks so much Mike!!
It’s Saturday July 11 and had I gone to a big company like Namco a few months back I’d be enjoying the nice weather and having a good time with my kids IN A POOL. Maybe I would be in a lesser quality pool, but it would be installed and in use at this moment. Instead, I opted to give the small company business and go with a better quality pool. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I had another pool ordered that I cancelled due to "thinking" this company was better, so I ordered a pool. We were not sure about the deliver date and wanted to make sure we were going to be here when it arrived since we were planning on a vacation. But your harassment never ends does it. How much do you think it takes to say, please take your money back and go away??? We are running a business after all.
