Although I ended up having to cancel my appointment, I was so impressed with the customer service that I still wanted to leave a review. Sara was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and thoroughly explained the process so I knew what to expect. I also spoke with a gentleman at the salon who was just as helpful. Everyone was friendly and helpful Emi did my hair .My hair color is Dark brown i wanted it a chocolate brown with some copper highlights i showed in my picture. She went a lot lighter and more copper than i wanted it to be...but i can say she is very generous and seemed pro at putting in extentions on another client while i was waiting on my hair color to adapt.She also cuts hair well. I especially loved how she cut my bangs just how i like.In the end i ended up loving the color my husband loves it too

Noe did my hair today! I’m embracing my grays and he not only did an amazing job blending it but they cut and style was perfect! I will never go anywhere else.
