I’ve gone here for the past three years and I receive excellent service every time. Short waits and the visits are quick, straight to the point.
Had an appointment for a drug test and dot physical at 1pm, it is currently 2:45pm. What on earth is going on with this place.
The sweetest & most caring staff. Really have made major improvements.
I just went for a drug screen and the lady dumped pretty much my whole cup of pee on the counter. Then proceeded to tell me I have to drink 40 ounces of water and sit and pee again cuz if I leave they will turn it in as a refusal. I then asked her well I just peed a lot so what if I can’t pee enough to get the right amount. She says…… I will have to mark it as not enough pee.
