I highly recommend Mike, owner of MGH Athletics. Mike’s program has transformed me physically, and helped me mentally. His gym is a positive environment, where I feel comfortable and confident. It’s an added bonus to be making gym friends too. If a large commercial gym sounds like your worst nightmare- MGH Athletics is the place for you!
Mike has helped me completely change my life a year ago I would be out of breath doing the simplest of task and now I’m down almost 100 lbs and I feel incredible. I highly recommend coming to this gym. Wherever you want to go MGH will get you there!!
