Decent boba with inconsistent and inaccurate hours. Said they were open but were closed, which means I paid for parking for nothing. It was better when it was Bubble Island.
This place is a mess,machines and boxes everywhere and now they are trying to sell soft serve ice cream,the drinks used to be good all the time but today the tofu add-on was sour and spoiled,I took a big sip and had to spit it out. Ugh
The first time I came here it was fine, but today I came in at 5:30 p.m, ordered and paid, only to find out no one was working. I waited 20 minutes then left, only to realize a “Out right now, be back later” sign was poorly posted to the door, hidden behind something so I missed it coming in. Wasted $9 because they couldn’t be bothered to lock the door or post a sign in a more visible area.
It’s pretty embarrassing to open late every single day and never do anything about changing it or updating your hours online so people don’t waste their time driving to you just to find out that you are once again and capable of being on time to work and opening up your restaurant in a timely fashion
I love this boba shop they never disappoint!
