Delicious drinks and comfortable location
Clean interior, courteous & swift service, & more unique artisanesque offerings for bases & toppings than the Kung Fu Tea across the street. However it has always been rather pricey, & most of the toppings are cheese based - which can be great or off putting depending on ones preferences.
Cozy vibe & great tea and waffles
I have been ordering from this specific location for almost two years now and every time it has been delicious. Some places can be hit or miss but this place always has the same delicious taste for my matcha bubble tea and other flavors!
