Everyone from Pre-Closing to Closing were easy to work with, great communicators, and overall made what is often an arduous process as easy as they could. We've bought, sold, and bought again with MGC, and each time we were equally impressed. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

You know that scene in *Pretty Woman* when the snooty sales clerk judges Julia Roberts’ character based on her outfit? It felt like Brenda, the receptionist at MGC, took that character and turned the rudeness up a notch. As others have mentioned, communication with this firm is terrible. I was told to show up at a specific day and time to sign a form—“Don’t forget to bring a check!”—and that it would only take a few minutes. My initial experience with them was great but this 2nd go round was nothing short of horrific. Communication was subpar, and my closing time changed several times without any notification. Go someplace that respects your time, money, and business.
