I don't like to give negative reviews unless it is warranted. At MGC, the systems are developed to serve them only. No customer service, no communication, no interaction on a closing whatsoever. The attorney was nice enough. But little to no communication prior to closing. I want to provide honest feedback regarding my closing experience. Unfortunately, I was not notified of my final closing costs until approximately 30 minutes before my appointment on the day of closing. I never heard from anyone at this practice at all for the entire week prior to closing like I was instructed by the lender. The most recent correspondence from them was 1 month till closing.
