I used MGC for my closing. It was a very straightforward process. Audrey was responsive to my calls and emails, and made sure that I did not become victim to any fraudulent activities. At the closing, the closing lawyer was very pleasant, and walked in with a smile. I was given additional copies for other tasks that I need to complete, and she made sure I knew what those tasks were. She came to the table prepared!

The lawyer that was going to take care of business for me was delayed., She should account for people that are first time home buyers. They can take much longer than most because they want to read and understand each line of what they're signing. I waited for quite some time. Otherwise they are efficient, polite, and do their job properly.

If I could give less than one star I would. Dennis does not seem to know how to do his job very well and will not represent both parties equally. He did not even know who he was representing and did not even read the real estate contract all the way through. He is careless and unprofessional and clearly just out to make a buck or two. Don't use unless you like wasting time.
