I had a very upsetting experience in the car park today. While I was parking to go to the post office, another driver became aggressive because they wanted to get a truck through. They yelled at me and made very rude and intimidating gestures. The incident left me extremely shaken and uncomfortable, to the point that I decided to leave the car park altogether rather than risk the situation escalating. I understand that car parks can be busy and frustrating, but there is no excuse for treating someone this way.
Driver road ragged and forced my 17 year old L plate driver off the road as passed us in an 80 zone, we were doing 80 , he clearly wasn’t and passed us on the inside lane screaming out the window and making vile sexual gestures towards my daughter !!!
Excellent service!
NOT A CUSTOMER - I came here to complain about their driver 75501-s and I can see other people have had the same experience. Clearly no action has been taken about this idiot. He severely tailgated me on the Ringwood Bypass and then on Eastlink today.. Anyone concerned about road safety should NOT do business with this company.
Had a very unsafe driver behind me inbound on the M1 today. They were sitting right on my tail, flashing their lights and even honking their horn. None of this was necessary as we were in stop start traffic. I have dash cam footage as proof which I’m more then happy to provide to the company if they wish to take this seriously!
