Terrible service and a complete lack of knowledge about the process. They repeatedly lied and changed their statements to charge more money unfairly. Initially quoted $30 but demanded $150, claiming I lacked proof of purchase. Even after providing proof, they continued to lie and refused to honor the original price. I traveled two hours to save costs, only to be met with dishonesty and frustration. Avoid this title store at all costs.

These people say they sell Maryland licenses to people who live in other states and get paid in advance but in reality they steal your money and don't help you if anyone know how I can report to the authorities please help
