I purchased a ZSEV from this branch and am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and follow up with Andy regarding some necessary modifications to my vehicle, none of my requests were fulfilled. It's infuriating to experience such a lack of care and professionalism, especially after making a significant purchase. I would advise potential customers to think twice before considering this branch for their automotive needs.
Jimmi and the crew are super friendly and helpful, which is refreshing in the New Plymouth car dealer market. JSL has brought 4 company vehicles from Jimmi and I've been really happy with the personal service.
Hmmm.... As a company the guys in Hawera were awesome to deal with and we brought 4 new cars. The Hawera guys are awesome.. No doubt. Here... I dropped off my EV and collected it in the afternoon. I doubt they did anything... I'd love to test whether the bonnet was opened.
Had our MG for just over two years and love it. First thing went wrong a week ago- a front wheel bearing. MG New Plymouth said you can’t take this home, take this brand new courtesy car home and we will get it sorted under warranty. True to their word our car is 100% at no cost. Superb service MG Taranaki your team is awesome.
