MG sports and fitness is a great gym! It has an awesome atmosphere. I feel like I belong when im there, everyone is always friendly. The owner and staff do a great job in keeping the place very clean and they are very support of everyone's fitness goals. It's an awesome place to work out! Plus they are open 24/7, have child care, tanning, personal training, and group fitness classes!!! Everyone should go check them out!!
