I pd for my zero to fixed and it came back with mower deck. He took it back to fix and did return it but it only used ir 1x before it will not start again and I pd a small fortune to get it done! Owner has not responded to me yet about this!
My lawnmower would not stay running and Mike fixed the problem, which was a dirty carburetor. He picked up my mower and brought it back so I didn't need to transport it myself. It did take several days to get it back, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
I paid this service over $200.00 when My transmission belt for My Gravely zero turn slipped off and upon discovery of it having slipped off we both knoticed that the belt drive was cracked and needed to be replaced as well to prevent breakage or slippage on that separate belt also. Three weeks later the drive deck belt slips and the tension spring dislocated as well after he changed both belts for the transmission and the drive deck belt and trying to contact him again to repair the drive belt that he is responsible for not ... read more
