Mike and Carl are great people to work with. We presented them with a non-traditional home design in the middle of a pandemic. They went beyond expectations to find quality subcontractors and material when other builders might have thrown in the towel. Their spreadsheets are transparent, presented monthly and are a great tool to track progress and your budget. Long after completion of the project, they're still responsive to our needs and the inevitable fixes that pop up. We would use them again!
You need to use MG Homes. Carl and Mike pay attention to every detail. They made sure each phase of the build met our expectations and if it didn't meet their professional expectations they would get the contractors back to fix right away to avoid further delays. They are honest, hardworking and enjoy building a home and not just getting paid. Highly recommend them.
