Awesome gym, not crowded at all, Mitchell helps a lot. Has really good cups and cheap.
Best gym I’ve gone to in a while!!! Mitchell is so helpful with correcting form and suggesting work outs. I love that the gym is never crowded so I feel comfortable working out and there’s never a line for a machine!
I didn't even know this place was there; still, I'm intrigued. Like HIT training? Martial Arts? Dance? It'd be too cool if there was a gym a block over. I'm acquainted with quite a few folks who live in the vicinity. All of my neighbors are decent sort of folks, but can't nobody tell me what's the deal with the place, or who the proprietor is.
