I needed some help with a repair on my Trex deck. I called and outlined the issue with Michael. I made an appointment and when they arrived they got right to work. The fix was as Michael had explained over the phone. They did the work, inspected for any other items needing attention (there were none today), and provided some ideas on keeping my deck in great shape and tips about helping to keep it clean. 100% would recommend Next Level Decks. From the start, Mike was excellent at managing expectations; any change orders were clearly communicated and discussed before work proceeded, and his crew kept a clean job site. I contacted Next Level Decks and Exteriors out of desperation because another contractor had done a large project for me and then went out of business. That left me with some unresolved warranty problems with lighting that had been installed. They were very responsive, timely with their advice and prompt with the repairs. My concerns were resolved at no cost to me. They were pleasant, extremely supportive and very informative. I highly recommend them without reservation.
