Matt Garcia broke my window screen while cleaning on 10/17/25. He estimated it would cost about $50 to replace, and although it was his mistake, I volunteered to pay half. He took the damaged screen for measurements, promising to replace it with a new one. I've reached out to your company four times for service. Two via text, once through email, and one phone call where someone took my information. This has been over the course of six weeks. No one has contacted me.
