Marat was very polite and professional! He was quick to answer any questions I had and did a phenomenal job cleaning my couch. I’ve had this couch for 6 years and now it looks brand new! Loved the cleaning! Mark is great and polite! I had the ottoman and the couch cleaned. Now they look brand new! It was full of marks because of my kids that eat, drop drinks and used colors on it! But now it is perfectly clean!
I found Marat’s company by chance, on TikTok. He is very responsive, professional and polite. He was running a bit late but he kept in touch every 10 minutes letting me know how far was he. Even sending me photos of traffic jam 😊. Anyway, his service was amazing. My old rugs look brand new now. He explained his cleaning routine every step of the way while cleaning the rugs. I would not use anyone else for upholstery and rugs cleaning/ reviving.
Marat was great, friendly, professional, and very thorough! From the initial contact to the day of service, communication was excellent and prompt. I had a 5-seater couch and two separate recliners that really needed a refresh, and they look amazing now. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. The whole process was smooth, and he made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and who truly cares about the quality of their service!
Mark did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our L-Shaped sofa. It looks brand new again! He was extremely professional, flexible with scheduling, and worked around our availability with no problem.
