Was scheduled for a Monday. I called 30 minutes after they said they would be here. No answer, then I called an hour after that. Still, no answer, have not returned my call. I had everything moved out so they could just come in and do the job now. I had to call another carpet cleaning business.. I highly do not recommend these people Because of their unprofessionalism , they can't even pick up the phone or call back very discouraged and disgusted with them I had a short window of opportunity to get the job done. Matt and Ashley did a great job cleaning our carpets and area rug. They were on time and very professional. The carpets were not left soaking wet like others that we have used before. Money well spent!
We had 3 rooms cleaned in our house. We are extremely happy with the service! Our carpeting looks beautiful and it smells wonderful! Our carpeting in our Master Bedroom is white and it looks nice and new now. Their service is even safe for our dog and cat. I had a Cleaning Service for 26 years, and I'm very picky. I highly recommend these guys!! Their prices are great, they were on time, and they are nice and professional!
I had some stains on my living room carpet that I couldn't remove, no matter what I tried. With 3 cats and an almost 3 year old grandson, I was at wit's end. Matt and Ashley came and worked their magic, and my carpet is spotless! Dry in less than an hour! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs fast, friendly, affordable cleaning needs taken care of!
We were surprisingly disappointed. It’s been quite a few months since they “cleaned” our carpets and I really didn’t want to put out a negative review but I have to be honest. They showed up about 40 minutes early (which was a problem due to still needing to move items out of the way plus having 4 cats to tuck away) and they also had a child with them.
