We were surprisingly disappointed. It’s been quite a few months since they “cleaned” our carpets and I really didn’t want to put out a negative review but I have to be honest. They showed up about 40 minutes early (which was a problem due to still needing to move items out of the way plus having 4 cats to tuck away) and they also had a child with them. Matt and Ashley did a great job cleaning our carpets and area rug. They were on time and very professional. The carpets were not left soaking wet like others that we have used before. Money well spent!
We had 3 rooms cleaned in our house. We are extremely happy with the service! Our carpeting looks beautiful and it smells wonderful! Our carpeting in our Master Bedroom is white and it looks nice and new now. Their service is even safe for our dog and cat. I had a Cleaning Service for 26 years, and I'm very picky. I highly recommend these guys!! Their prices are great, they were on time, and they are nice and professional!
I had some stains on my living room carpet that I couldn't remove, no matter what I tried. With 3 cats and an almost 3 year old grandson, I was at wit's end. Matt and Ashley came and worked their magic, and my carpet is spotless! Dry in less than an hour! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs fast, friendly, affordable cleaning needs taken care of!
Matt and Ashley just cleaned my carpets, they did an Outstanding job, I have other cleaning services (local cleaning services) and their (Matt and Ashley's) service far out did the other services and and at a lot less cost to me. I will have them clean for me again, and have already told others of their superior and outstanding carpet cleaning service. They were professional, polite and conscientious.
