Recently my car went to Steer to be fixed. They were very helpful and communication was easy. They made what could have been a stressful situation, straightforward for me, thank you. The work they did on the bumper of my car was also great, excellent service, thank you
Having an accident is never a good experience but with Steer looking after, not only your car, but you too, it is likely to be as pain free as possible. I have unfortunately needed to use their services on two occasions and each time their partner company have chased and dealt with the other, either unpleasant or illusive drivers, and got their insurance companies to pay. The repairs are excellent and if I needed to I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Fast, efficient collection, repair and return.
Excellent service; could view progress online, overran and fouled up MOT test, but they put it through neighbouring MOT station for me. Would recommend them, but sincerely hope never to have to deal with them again myself!
