Overall, we are very happy with the work Malc and Taylor Made did for our bathroom. A few hiccoughs toward the end, but that is to be expected when someone is switching business models. They not only re-did our entire second floor bathroom, with new sink, toilet and shower, with all new amazing tiles, they also caught that the joists under the tub had rotted due to the previous tiles coming away from the wall. Recently had our bathroom revamped, whilst also setting Malc the challenge of incorporating cabinets to house a washing machine & dryer. Results are great, we are so pleased with the work Malc, Dave, Dan & especially Adam (who did most of the installation) did. They coordinated plasterers & electricians, keeping us informed of progress. They were respectful of our home & had a can do attitude to ensure we were absolutely happy with everything.

We have just had our en suite bathroom replaced by Malc and the team, and our experience from the first minute has been excellent. Malc visited us several times to ensure we had the design we wanted and clearly takes great pride in his work. We handed the keys to our house over to the team whilst we went on holiday which we were understandably nervous about, however the regular updates from the team reassured us over progress. We recently had our en-suite renovated with MG Bathrooms. From start to finish they were helpful, professional and most of all friendly. Malcom and his team were respectful in our house, making sure it was tidy at the end of each and every day. We are absolutely in love with our new en-suite, it now suits the style of our home. Malcom helped us choose the tiles and brass wear, it couldn’t have turned out better. Thank you!
