Quality work, cares about the customer satisfaction, and yes, very busy. I’ve been disappointed when I couldn’t get my car in when I wanted to but that’s because everyone wants Hugo and his team to work on their vehicle. Why? Because they care and they do it right the first time. There’s only one other mechanic in the town I take my car to and that’s just for AC/Heating work.
