I gave a five star review because of the quick response to an urgent request. In the midst of selling my home the buyer presented inspection “requirements” needed both (inside & outside) ! In a very professional & patient manner Mark Ziemski of MFZ evaluated the request explaining in detail what he had to do and address all of the issues….. in a very timely manner!!!
The definition of a community business you want to support. Our compressor died over a weekend in July. Mark and MFZ had us back in A/C Monday morning. They were VERY fair in their pricing and knowledgeable not just in HVAC, but warranty issues as well. You honestly feel that their customers matter to them more than their profits. I cannot recommend them enough.
If you are looking for a great, trustworthy family company, then this is the place to call! I won't call anyone else. We have used them a couple of times and they are timely and reliable.
Mark is absolutely wonderful. He is honest and you can just tell by speaking with him that he has integrity. He is a hard worker. He came out to clean our system and quoted us a more than fair price. This will now be my company of choice and I will tell everyone! Great service with a great price and an honest person is top notch in my book. Thank you Mark for getting our system running better and for being so honest .
