They are busy and it looks like there are not enough employees. I have to wait a lot to get my car dried. Before the service was great and more people were working and helping, now with the new ownership the service it's slower, and the prices are higher.
Very good car wash. Reasonable prices. I especially like the fact that we can vacuum our car and inflate the tires for free.
Paid $33 for a volcano wash that’s supposed to include interior cleaning, tire shine, mats washed, etc. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come dry my car initially, then another 10 for someone to “clean” the inside of the car. All they did was vacuum, wiped nothing down, no tire shine and when I mentioned the mats he said “no” and walked away from me.. there’s no one to speak to onsite and no phone number to call either, so i’m not quite sure how to rectify this besides disputing the charge to get my money back lol
I want to start by acknowledging the incredible effort of the workers at this car wash. They do an excellent job, they’re dedicated, and it’s clear they go above and beyond to serve every customer as best they can. However, it’s impossible not to notice a situation that I find completely inhumane: there are only three workers in a massive facility, where it’s obvious that much more staff is needed to operate properly. The lady in the front of the car wash was extremely impolite. Didn't describe the prices and didn't help out with one area in the car. Looked like she didn't want to work there.
