Was the best practice and Dr I've ever had. But stigmatizing as hell about bpd. And receptionist who literally diagnosed me over the phone saying over and over that there is nothing wrong with me...since when did receptionists get their MD'S? Really no clue how you feel, read, learn all you want. Unless you have had it or have it yourself, you have NO IDEA how someone really feels. Stop making assumptions and actually LISTEN and BELIEVE what your patient says. Books don't give you psychic abilities.
Every one star review posted here resonates with my experience here over the years. The service model is deeply flawed. A bad case of system focus over human focus, quantity over quality. Might as well replace the downtown MFP with an automated AI service system a la Idiocracy for all the actual human engagement one doesn’t get here.
A large office of doctors and interns. I appreciate all the care I have received in this office. There are a lot of support programs and team members so you do not always see the same person. They validate parking so you can get a discount and there is a pharmacy in the lobby.
Dear doctors and staff, how come we have to treat yoj all with respect yet we don't get any in return when a patient is in need of there doctor the receptionist has an obligation to fill in any emergency spot available. There are many emergency appointments set aside for emergencies but come in having to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor is ridiculous. Walk in Clinics are more reliable than this place. Patience need to start going elsewhere and have the practitioners bill the clinic. That's what I'm doing.
