My bf last year transferred to another dr after dr Kumar and staff told him his symptoms were all in his head and there was nothing wrong with him They began to press for him to take medications for mental health because they were saying he was going crazy . Part 1. I went to McMaster my whole life from dr.risdon —to— even worse Dr.Kumar. Dr.Kumar would tell me my swollen arms and legs and severe pains were all in my head. NOW. My wonderful Dr.Naklha after major and repetitive testings got me in with a rheumatologist I had Lupus and RA. Dumped without notice due to not making an appointment for over 3 years due to lack of need. Now that I need one I’ve been told that I need to have another introductory visit first, and that they don’t have anything coming up.
love seeing my doctors here but the entire receptionist office needs to be replaced or retrained. Rude and spreads misinformation to patients. Was told I’d need to print out a form for disability that isn’t even publicly accessible and wasted my morning running around trying to get a form that would be mailed to me if eligible.
This place is a joke, I've seen my actual family doctor maybe once in the past decade. They stick you with the greenest resident students that just stepped off the school campus and can't answer any questions-- even super basic ones. I'm not saying all the residents are bad but a majority are highly inexperienced and have poor bedside manner. Even when I called weeks in advance to book a female doctor for my daughter I still walked in to find a male resident doctor taking the appointment despite my request. I could write a n... read more
