MFIIT is an amazing gym. It’s not just a place you go to workout but a community that supports you in your health journey. They have so many different classes to choose from and the trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive. They adapt exercises for you if need be, definitely not a one size fits all approach to teaching the classes. MFIIT is the reason why exercise has become a regular part of my life . It’s the women who show up every day and teach me to show up and be consistent . It’s my safe place to do something for myself for 45 minutes of my day . Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to move their body and feel comfortable while doing so .
