Takes about 30min for them to find the part in their system. You have to order it because they never have it in stock. They will call you when it comes in, which they never do. You call back because it has been a month or two. Takes them 10 minutes to look you up in their system, because they never ordered the part. Three times now this has happened. Only distributor of Parker parts in the Baken, no customer service no leadership within if you can find it somewhere else do so! Don’t waist your time dealing with them!

Very lazy team with no desire to provide quality service. I recommend driving a quarter mile to Ericks which is across the road from RDO if you take a left on 85 at the stop light by Noble.
