BEWARE, technicians provide incorrect diagnostic findings, spending minimal time doing so. Poor communication. Provides customers with false information, without spending appropriate time to fault find. Tell customers incorrect information on installation companies who have never had installation issues. Customers are left feeling frustrated. Do not pay their bills!!! Poor communicators Don’t deserve the recognition being service agents for brands due to pathetic and incorrect diagnosis!!!!!!!
I reached out to Sean for a quote and since then it has been a great experience. He gave a great quote, promptly followed and ensured he and his team did a great job with the installation on the promised date. Extremely professional and a great team.
After two other technicians failed to fix my leaking aircon, I was starting to think I was doomed to a lifetime of indoor rain. Then along came Sean—the true aircon whisperer! He found the problem in no time, fixed the leak, and rescued me from my accidental rainforest. Professional, efficient, and clearly a cut above the rest—highly recommend!
Amazing installers! Definitely will use them again. Very professional. Also cleaned up and sorted the boxes.
I had 3 air-conditioning installed by MFA services couldn't ask for better people to install them very professionally on time to the minute.. at least 3 plus more people and didn't take them long at all..very good in pricing and quality workmanship!! 👌
