Very professional timely service highly recommended
I’m very happy with the service of my split system. I can’t believe the difference and how much better the system is working. Washin Lee did a wonderful job very informative and helpful lots of good advice. Really good company, definitely recommend M.F.A services.
After a nightmare experience with Samsung trying to get my aircon installed they finally booked me in with Sean and his team. Sean was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was on time, up front about the costs and did a great job with the install. I will definitely be using them again for future installs.
They were contracted by Samsung to provide installation however: - Quoted costs beyond that of the Samsung rate card (parking fees) - Provided inconclusive answers to a final quote and didn't need inspection to provide a reliable quote? - Questionable additional costs. "4 people for one hour = $400". Rate card stipulates per hour cost, not payinf per person. Samsung has sided with me and cancelled their installation rights.
