Excellent accommodations at Mezzo1. The people and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Both outside and inside were clean and well-maintained. Although my stay was brief, if ever I return back to Charlotte, I will book again at Mezzo1.
I just moved her a few days ago and I am loving it! It is very close to everything and the skipper ride share service is a huge plus! My leasing consultant, LaVonya was exceptional during every step of the way. Her communication is impeccable and she is definitely one of the best leasing consultants that I have worked with. I loved my apartment when I moved in last May but since then new management took over and it has gone down hill fast. I really wanted to renew my lease here before these photos and emailed to ask about the rent increase, making my studio apartment almost $1450 while a studio one door down was being advertised for $1195 with two months free rent. These people are ANIMAL ABUSERS!!!! DO NOT RENT if you have pets! They don’t care enough to have emergency maintenance come open the door so we can let a dog out that’s stuck in the apartment. The owner accidentally gave my friend who’s taking care of him the wrong key. They’re saying they need all these approvals to come open the door. He hasn’t been out since Friday, and the leasing office people aren’t even here on the weekends to help.
