I have lived at this apartment community since August 2025 and, until recently, had not experienced any major issues. However, my recent experience with management and parking enforcement was extremely disappointing. I recently purchased new furniture for my apartment and, because the items were very heavy, I briefly parked near the staircase to carry them upstairs. Just moved into Mezzo and the experience has been great so far. Sam helped us through the whole process and was super patient with us. Everyone we’ve met has been really friendly and easy to work with. We also got a really good deal on our apartment, so we’re both really happy with how everything worked out.
I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this apartment community. From the very first day we came to tour the apartment until the day we moved in and started living here, the experience has been amazing. A big thank you to Mariana. They pay you for a 5 star review. They then Jack your rates up by hundreds of dollars when you're first contract expires, even if you try to renew. Community is not well cared for, and they respond to vandalism of facilities by closing amenities to all residents instead of targeting those responsible for the damage. Their 24-hour care services never respond, residents do not obey quiet hours (and are not held accountable for it) so it's noisy at nights.
