After 9 months, we need this work completed with quality, not rushed simply finished. Terrible communication from leadership: Calls, texts, and detailed emails have repeatedly gone unanswered. We have heard about the company’s staffing shortages, health issues, and family emergencies and have been extremely patient. I’m very happy with this contractor. They understood my needs clearly and completed the work exactly as discussed. The project was finished on schedule with great quality. The team was polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
DO NOT HIRE! This company was hired to close out an existing porch. The contract was signed in November 2025, and the job was “finished” in late March 2026. The price of the project increased as time passed, and not everything promised was delivered. When Larry proposed the kitchen be remodeled, and told no, he negotiated by saying that he would charge another customer more to lower my price. I had my Casita built last year, love the fact that even after it was built if any issues came up they honored warranty and fixed them in a timely manner. Appreciate thier services.
very bad decision going with this company very unprofessional and charge more than set price we knew a new house would have it's problems but they made it a nightmare dealing with this company been over 6 months from set date finish and still not finished till this day there's no communication on there end on what's done and what else needs done, beware of this company!!!
