***UPDATE*** In a response to my original review, Mezi asked to contact them directly to resolve my issuue, which I did. I've never heard back. So their customer service is as good as their product. ___________ I’m very disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I purchased a couple of pieces from them, including some quite expensive ones because they contained moissanite. Unfortunately, before I even had the chance to properly wear them, every single piece became severely tarnished. One was on my wrist for 10 minutes when I tried it in the store and then went into the box never to be worn. It’s a nice store with many lovely pieces, but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything Moissanite-based here. My cousin bought a pair of earrings that the store claimed were Moissanite, but they don’t shine like Moissanite, get blurry very quickly, and are vastly overpriced. On the plus side, they didn’t cause any skin irritation, so at least the quality is decent. The main issue, though, is with the certificate.
