I love Mezeh, but the service at this location was disappointing. The staff member prepared our bowls in a rushed manner (it was not even busy- there was nobody in the queue behind us when we started to build our bowl) and even seemed to complain about us to his supervisor right in front of us. The portions were noticeably small, and the overall experience felt careless.
I could have given 0 star to this location. The staff and their behavior is worst. I had toddler and baby with me when I entered this location. They denied to put more than one sauce on my bowl and said it’s $1 for extra sauce, I said I’m regular mezeh customers at Reston location and I’ve visited this location in the past and none asked me for extra $ for sauce and he start to misbehaved. Food tastes good, only complaint is how little meat you get. Got two wraps and thought I got vegan wraps!!
