We had a horrible experience today with Zach! He was in a hurry and very pushy to sign the agreement. As a customer, i believe it is my right to read through fine details. We asked for the manager but to our dismay, the manager told us that it is a 64 page agreement and we can’t proceed with the transaction without signing a 64 page agreement. If only I can give the store zero or a negative star I will. I trade in my note10+ phone October last year and the store agent I spoke to (forgot his name) told me that my phone qualified for a $1000 trade in value, because yes my phone is in perfectly good condition. Completely DISGUSTED by the customer service my mother and I received today. The guy, for literally no reason, had an attitude after he instructed us to call 611 in order to remove a line from my mothers account. We call 611 and spoke with the very VERY helpful rep on the phone while she was able to reimburse use for the unused line we didn’t want anymore. Ricky went above and beyond to help me with what I needed! I got an upgraded phone with AT&T. First they told me they no longer carry phones in the store so that was weird. Then I had my phone mailed to me. I went into the store to ask for assistance setting up my new phone and transferring all the old stuff onto the new one. It took me 4 attempts to make an appointment and sit down to have someone help me! The ladies at the front door kept trying to turn me away telling me "We dont help with that! The female employee working on 10,14,21 btwn 7&9 pm was exceptionally rude to prospective phone buyers. She felt it was her place to scold me and my sister for asking her to wipe down a table where an unmasked adult and child had been sitting earlier. She said it was “uncalled for..” No comments were directed to the person and child, the employee was merely asked to clean off the surfaces touched by unmasked individuals. I went to Edwardsville store this week for a upgrade on my phone. I am a elderly person who is not that tech savvy. Sunnie waited on me who was very helpful with my option were to purchase a new phone with trade in. Mary the assistance manger and Sunnie went beyond the call of duty to take care of me. Being the Covid 19 it was nice to see everyone wearing mask properly and all the employees were very friendly. I have had ATT service for many years and sometimes not the best customer service.
