Staff is not too friendly. They can be friendly at certain times, but are prone to mood swings and can get mad at the drop of a hat. They do not seem too professional as they talk about personal issues when servicing you and do not exude good customer service. They do take good pictures, but if you are looking for the good pictures AND a friendly, professional staff, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
It was truly a great honor and privilege to have Mr. Butch Meyn work on a vinyl to digital media project of mine. From the moment of stepping into his studio, I felt confident in both his expertise to get the job done and integrity as a person to have it done right. He not only delivered with 100% satisfaction, but went well above and beyond what I asked. Thanks again to Mr. Butch for his services.
