We are extremely disappointed with our experience with the summer swim lessons. We were overcharged—paying a total of $396 for two children—but only received 8 out of the 12 scheduled lessons. Despite this, we were still charged $330, when the actual cost for the 8 lessons we received should have been $264 (2 kids × $16.50 per lesson × 8 lessons).
