Very disappointing
The salesman Andrew, the RV Tech TJ who did our walkthrough and Shawn the finance manager were all 3 fantastic to deal with throughout our purchasing process. They went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of me and my wife’s very first RV was seamless. Edit: The sales team and walk through were great. However, the Tag and Title process has been horrendous. I was given a 60 day temporary plate and was told I would have my regular plate before it expired. Well, it expired. While I’m sure I paid a little more than I should have, my experience was good overall. Tom was my salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The service department didn’t exactly meet my expectations. However, the general manager, along with Shawn from finance, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before I left.
