ZERO STARS!!! The man who helped us acted like a woman only needed to know about the kitchen and made several degrading and disgustingly political comments. Then after we decided to buy it because we liked it despite his behavior, I was further insulted by not being allowed to speak about it to the manager only my husband could. Ignore this review at your discretion. My wife and I made appointment with "Smitty, everyone calls me Smitty" at Mt Morris Meyers RV for Saturday 11/15/25 1030 am to view a 2014 Coachmen Leprechaun 320 BH. We spoke on the phone Friday and SECMS let me know the rig had a dent in the back but engine was great when he drove it and interior had minor wear but the rig was "a great value with 135000 miles". I really want to give Kat 5 stars, because she really went out of her way for me...... That being said, the service department on the other hand, won't go out of their way at all, to do anything you've asked them to do.
Excellent staff in spending time with us to find the right RV to meet our needs. There was a large and diverse selection to choose from. Many affordable models. Natasha, Cj, and Matt make us feel right at home and walked us through the sales process. I know we forgot a few names of the rest of the sales finance staff. Everyone was great. The tech team was also wonderful to work with.
I’ve just started my process of buying a toy hauler and live 3 hours from Mt Morris. Jeremy and the staff have been very quick to provide pictures and information on all units I have asked about.
